Jo Davidson, Indy recording artist, once told me that I deserved better than what I was settling for: a relationship with a man who could care less about my music.
I met Jo during the time I worked at The Gingerbread Mansion Art & Antiques Gallery. Jo and her new husband / music producer, flew in from New York to enjoy a stay at The Gingerbread Mansion in exchange for her incredible talented piano performances. Jo had just released "Fragile Tough Girl" CD.
I listen today to people who take the time to speak truth into my life. Speaking truth takes courage, because truth is not saying placating and popular things. Hearing truth may inspire a life to change.
